Erfahrung:

Marcello Biondo has worked as an independent advisor at MENZI & PARTNER since 2007. The focus of his work centres on contract law, contract management and training activities. Thanks to his inter-disciplinary training, he is able to employ his expertise across a number of sectors. Acting as a mediator, he differentiates between various interest groups and endeavours to find appropriate solutions. As a university lecturer he is also often confronted by complex legal and management questions. Marcello Biondo is a part-time judge at the tax appeal court (Steuerrekursgericht) in the Canton of Aargau and was also previously president of the Aargau district court (Bezirksgericht) for several years. As a managing director and member of the board of directors of the Institute of Company Law within the Faculty of Law at Lucerne University, he was co-responsible for the strategy, conception and rollout of the Institute's range of services and its positioning. Prior to this, he worked as a programmer, then as a project manager and ultimately as head of IT at a major Swiss insurance group.
