Michel Stopnicer has been responsible for the structure and continual expansion of the M&A business since 2004. As a project manager, he has implemented many transactions, both in Switzerland and abroad. Previously, he spent many years in the operational management of various national and international retail and consumer goods companies, where his primary focus centred on strategy, marketing, distribution and sales. Throughout the course of his professional career, he has successfully repositioned a number of companies in his capacity as CEO.
